Shipping and Delivery Policy

In order to ensure the highest quality, all of Tutti Belli by B prints and framed prints are made to order, offering a sustainable alternative to traditional print production methods. As a result, please  anticipate a longer shipping time than usual. Unframed prints will be shipped within 7-10 business days upon order placement. Delivery of framed prints may take up to 5 weeks from date of order. We aim to dispatch your framed print within 2 - 3 weeks of your order.

All details you provide to Tutti Belli By B are true and accurate. 

Given that we depend on third-party logistics and shipment companies for the delivery  of our products, we cannot ensure specific delivery times. 

International Shipping: 

Tutti Belli By B most certainly ships on a Global scale on unframed prints only. Please note - As the client, you may be required to pay customs and duty and port charges in the country where the art is delivered. Any charges are the buyer’s responsibility and the buyer should make their own enquiries. 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tutti Belli By B shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery or delay. For the avoidance of doubt, Tutti Belli By B is not responsible for any international shipping delays caused by the customs clearance process. 

If access will be difficult for the person delivering, please provide Tutti Belli By B with written details when placing your order. 

Missing Orders

Tutti Belli By B are not responsible for any stolen or missing artworks that have been delivered to the shipping address with proof of delivery. Additionally, we are not liable for replacing artworks reported as not located outside of a 24-hour window from the documented delivery date.
