Returns and Refunds Policy

Tutti Belli By B is proud to offer our artworks on a made to order basis. This aligns with our focus on providing the highest quality artworks for customers. 

This means that all orders are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. This is to the exception of applicable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

Accordingly, please ensure that you carefully select your artwork print and dimensions before proceeding with your purchase. We are also unable to make any changes or cancellations to orders more than 24-hours from the moment the order is placed. 

Tutti Belli By B makes every effort to ensure the artworks are displayed as accurately as possible on the Website, however Tutti Belli By B does not warrant that the artwork descriptions, images or prices are accurate. The actual colour of products may be different to how they appear on your screen, as monitor colour varies considerably. 

If you have any concerns or queries about your purchase, please let us know immediately so that we can work with you to address and resolve them. 

On rare occasions if one or more artwork(s) in an Order arrive in anything less than perfect condition and are damaged while in transit in possession of our shipping partners, please send detailed, clearly visible photos of the damage including images of the packaging to support@tuttibellibyb.com.

In cases where one or more artwork(s) is materially damaged, Tutti Belli By B may elect to restore or replace the damaged artwork(s) in Tutti Belli By B’s sole discretion following a review of the photos submitted (“Damaged Review”). If requesting a Damage Review, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

1) photos of  damaged areas of artwork(s) must be clearly visible and submitted in .jpeg format;

2) photos of damage must be received by Tutti Belli By B no fewer that 24-hours indicated delivery date of the applicable Order by the shipping provider responsible for delivering the Order;

3) photos of the damage must have been taken immediately following receipt of the artwork(s), and the artwork(s) must not have been hung, placed or otherwise installed prior to photos of the damage being taken;

4) a Damage Review requires a minimum of thirty (30) business days to complete, and Tutti Belli By B may elect to replace or repair the damaged product in its sole discretion; and

5) the delivery of replacement artwork, if any will be responsible for payment of return shipping in the event Tutti Belli By B elects to repair or replace the artwork(s). 

We do not offer returns on International orders. 

Tutti Belli By B cannot offer refunds or replacements of goods that are damaged through misuse, including by failure to exercise reasonable care....
